"Staff member"

Staff members in there are all lovely however there is one particular staff member I would like to talk about.

I believe her name is Lisa, she's a middle-aged lady, short I build, has shorts blond hair in a bob style.

she likes standing outside of the one-stop shop smoking a cigarette and speaking very badly about people to others in the community.

She particularly speaks very badly of the one-stop stuff and continues to badmouth customers that go into the store this is not a very attractive feature to the Toothill Village Center however I believe she's quite high up as I've mentioned this before and no action has been taken. I wish that this lady stop bad mouthing the community in particular staff around the area because then it would make it a much better place to be..
